      Good products made by hard working people.

      Cons

      Employees have little choice of finding similar employment within the country and company owner treats employees with no respect and doesn't care for company moral.

      Expect the huge salary , nothing else But, doesn’t worth it !

      Cons

      Non strategy. Family governance goes nuts . They are capricious and run out of money at the moment . They are firing a lot of people ( even with 20 year-old experience in the company . No loyalty !

      None. Extremely disorganized and no morale.

      Cons

      Everything. Only upper management gets paid fairly. Turnover rate is something I’ve never seen before. Employees are treated as if they are less than. And not one person enjoys working there. Most dysfunctional company I’ve ever seen.
