The Company faced major changes in the last couple of years and some of those still reverberating through the whole structure, however the working environment is good, positive and super flexible. The Company is really interested in investing in the employees growth and the career path is quite good and does have some flexibility according to your personal attitude towards the job. Major pros: - communication is very open on all the levels - very transparent with employees about challenges and issues - work-life balance is super - reasonably flexible working time - if you want to pop-up in the office, it's just in the heart of London well connected via tube and trains - trustworthy and competent HR

Cons

It's a small company that underwent major changes in the last couple of years: some of the challenges are still there, so expect to contribute to overcome/solve them.

Really good, supportive and diverse group of people, hybrid work, nice London office in convenient location Every day is different and get to work people from different teams, so it's definitely a place to learn Opportunities for professional growth within the company and good work-life balance. This is my first job in the UK and having a good work-life balance was key to adapt to a new lifestyle. After many changes and challenges in the past year the company is ready to face new opportunities in a very interesting market, so it's a good time to be part of it Good company benefits and competitive salary Very honest and straightforward interview process
