      Abhorrent treatment of staff - Do Not Work Here

      Only good thing are the career support managers.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrendous business, Management is as a shambles. I joined as part of their 'World Class' graduate program. At the end of week 8, we where berated Infront of the whole business and then all our employment contracts where terminated. - They say pride themselves on there values, but it's all just for show, Management couldn't care less about anything else but themselves. - They say that it's like a family, but managment only care about revenue. I wouldn't be surprised if this business rolls over in the next 2 years.

      Poor Company To work For / Terrible Staff Morale and Turnover

      Pros

      Initially they say all the right things, giving you the false hope that they really do care but at the end of the day this turn out to be a facade. There are some great people here but most are disillusioned with management and at least 50% looking for another role. The office are quite nice but even though they are new are still a little soulless. There are definitely worst places out there to work but i feel people need to know what it feels like to be a ROQ employee. It is certainly not like they make out on the website !!

      Cons

      The management are uninterested in how the staff members feel, they do loads of employee engagement stuff but this is simply PR to make them look better and get more candidates apply that they can charge out at a huge profit and make more money. It is apparent that the Directors are trying to build the company up to sell on at a date, probably not too far in the future and therefore, have little interest in the long term well being of the employees. They are a means to an end which is really sad.

      NONE! Nasty, Hateful Place to work! I personally would not even place my pet in there, it's a horrible place to work for and don't even get me started on the managers!

      Cons

      Take caution, anyone that maybe considering and looking for a new job, please, seriously AVOID, if for nothing else other than your own mental health and well-being! This place will destroy your soul! Read the other reviews and between the lines!
