      -no understanding of what success looks like -NO WORK LIFE BALANCE -lack of transparency -no real collaborative efforts to improve process, more top down management - extreme micromanagement -emphasis on tasks that don’t really move the needle in terms of getting to numbers -BDR leaders were never BDR’s and it shows in the worst ways -like the blind leading the blind
