I was working for Root for very long time and I found lots of issues with this company. like management issues, ego problem, overtime without any extra pay. if you will say yes for everything they ask then you are good for them but when you say no when you are not comfortable you will be their enemy. Please don't expect good behaviour after your resignation. They don't need your advise on anything because they think they are always right. Always hide their mistakes with their company policies and their policies are only for their personal benefits and they will change it anytime they want. Company management is very poor. like you will get an increment but you don't know when you will get your dues. Lots of issues for freshers who join them because they can not leave if they want to because of bond. Company will cut 10% from your monthly payments and only release it if you complete 2 years there. Last but not least you will not get your last month salary after you left the company if they are not happy with you.
