      * Leadership is open about company performance and direction, including sharing financial information * Friendly and collaborative team environment * Good benefits and compensation package, including stock options * Positive atmosphere across teams * Good diversity in terms of cultures, origins, and backgrounds. GREAT COMPANY for almost any position. For Engineering roles, might be good if you care about 9-to-5 and have no personal ambition.
