Very misleading job description, salary, commission structure, quota, etc. after a few short months, I quickly realized everything I was told was a lie. Absolutely no support from "customer service", in fact the CS dept is simply there to book appts, everything else is on you while you're out in the field trying to sell repairs. Very few leads, no support from management, very little pay, no advancement opportunities, have to use your own phone and data to communicate with customers, poor scheduling and communication between sales reps and office. The list goes on and on, by far the worst employment I've ever experienced. Management is very dishonest.
