Pros

free products and the fact that good&honest people find a way to support each other and laugh about it like in a soap opera. If you're worthless and have a boring private life as background you surely have a career and will enjoy working for this company.

Cons

Worst HR ever, manipulative and ridiculous. Management blind, fake and absent, not in control of their own company. Inadequate people covering roles completely unknown to them, chosen by Hr after long pointless interview stages. Absolute chaos. Jealousy and unnecessary competition between colleagues, it's a jump back to school, with people running in the toilets crying. They want to deliver this Luxury image from the outside, the reality is totally the opposite, they are just cheap and very sad. Overall dissatisfaction and unhappiness spread in every team. Continue turnover of people.. now I know why.

A Poisonous Company

Pros

- Good products - A few really lovely employees

Cons

By far the worst place I've ever worked. I've never seen a company with more unhappy staff and despite hiring decent people, staff turnover is high and job security low as the same decisions keep being made. There's an extremely spiteful attitude in the office and your worth is often measured by how well liked you are by the CEO and a few other 'high-ups' rather than the effort you put in and work you do. Many employees are overworked, sometimes doing jobs they didn't expect as things are over-promised in interviews and despite what they say, there's no room for career progression. The company structure is disorganised with little communication between teams causing a lot of tension and a huge problem with blame culture - shouting matches and door slamming have occurred when people disagree which has been brushed under the carpet. The company will not look after you. There's no sick pay leading to huge amounts of stress from employees when ill. There's no flexible working, even in extenuating circumstances. Compassion for anything is thin on the ground and it's not uncommon to see people crying in the stairwell or toilets. Management structure and guidance is poor with no system in place to measure how management is performing. A lack of basic 1-to-1 meetings, that when do occur can consist of 'you haven't done anything wrong yet, but it's still early days'. You can't go to HR with any of these issues as their main priority is to keep the CEO happy and will brush off anything that isn't in line with that. It's true what other reviewers have said that employees are 'encouraged' to leave likes and comments on the CEOs social media as well as her podcast. It's also well known that all the good reviews that were left around a similar time on this page were written or 'encouraged' by HR.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear your experience with us didn't reflect what other happy employees have experienced. To address some of your points, firstly the turnover is monitored and many of our employees have been here for more than 2 years. We also have a high number of success stories of employees who started at Assistant level and are now heads of department. In terms of benefits, we absolutely pay sick pay and we have other great benefits including extended holidays, as well as other great employee benefits including employee awards and length of service schemes. We continuously monitor and review these to ensure our employees feel valued. In regards to your points around management, this is a subjective view and does not reflect the high quality managers who are on board with us and who achieve great results not only themselves but as a team. In regards to supporting the brands and good reviews, loyal employees are proud to support the business in any way they can, we do not need to ask them to do this. Any concerns raised are taken very seriously and dealt with accordingly, so again it is not true that issues are brushed off. We wish you all the best in your future endevours.

Pros

You get free products, meant to be 2 but staff take more

Cons

Where to even start! There is no professionalism here, people are spoken to dreadfully. Emails get sent which by pass passive aggression and are just damn rude. But nothing gets said to those people. The turnover is staggering. HR have said on previous bad reviews that it is monitored, not sure what they are monitoring because it’s shocking. And yes, we were all asked to leave good reviews. Someone hands their notice in at least once a week, it’s a common occurrence. There are a few who have been there a little while but they are liked by the CEO which is why they have stayed. If your not liked your out, they will find a way to fire you. But you find out if your liked or not by the CEOs Instagram, she posts about how staff annoy her all the time. HR doesn’t think that recruitment is part of their job, so it’s left to managers and staff to recruit for their ever unstaffed teams. There are always issues with small things like barcodes, causing so many issues, putting accounts at risk but no one is ever to blame or follow a process to correct it, everyone is always just sorting out issues rather than progressing the company. If your reading this, do yourself a favour and don’t apply or accept a job at Rodial
