The pay can be competitive, used to be more so until they started cuts recently.

Terrible admin structure Very cliquey Expected to work 50+ hours a week despite that not being in the contract Little to no help with dangerous student behaviors

Pros
Great workplace environment, wide variety of clients and work, small company so you’re a full contributor on all levels
Cons
Lots of smaller and low budget clients, so work time needs to be spent efficiently and timesheets kept meticulously (this will be the case in most small consultancies). Not a ton of upward mobility.
