They like people who work until 7 at night this is the culture Lack of team they say a team of 6 but its 2 lol worse than my last job Lack of integrated and collaborative working very segregated The contract includes termination without notice so be careful They only are bothered about the fact that fits aka long timers everyone else gets ignored lol you are not a factor They have such bad processes and ways of working never experienced this in an agency before They seem to not like the truth what I experienced was awful and when you tell them the truth they seem annoyed or like you are causing an issue Data is not QAd and I am not sure they know how to properly use the data as specialist who should know the set up of the data Low quality working outputs this is the lowest quality of work I have ever done was so not proud Pitching process is laughable very good professions but the process is a joke My manager left I have had no manager since starting Employee owned but in the company meeting it was clear staff are not heard you win all the awards through links and connections and think you can continue like this Number one agency - defo not I think as they expand they have a lot of learning to do only a matter of time before the way they treat people comes to light Many new staff (those who are not face fits or long timers) gossiping about how unhappy they are which affected me and my mood The contracts and retainers are progressed and the way hours and time is applied to costs is like clients get more than what we charge or basically they charge little for low quality work what a way to keep clients happy lol No manger since starting they swore blind a manager was going to start I dont believe they did this so that they can re think the mess they made hiring lots of people and not managing how they work or how we all work collaborativley some days I would laugh like what actually is this!

Don’t be fooled by the “People first” strapline because it simply isn’t true - but then again, no company is! Like every other business, RocketMill is profit first and as a result, not all line managers have a desire to serve their teams and be transparent with them.
