      Great people, great company with lots of potential

      Pros

      RCM is a great place for a young person to start their career. Constantly surrounded by hard working, genuine, and successful people. Great exposure to senior leaders and exposure across the entire business. A real chance to do actual meaningful work, even as an analyst.

      Cons

      I work a lot. Probably expected of a young person looking to advance their career though. Yea working long hours but definitely still feel appreciated by those around and above me.

      Pros

      The opportunities at Rockefeller are endless and hard work is constantly rewarded. People are great, culture is top-notch. Hiring is based on a “No Jerk” rule that they take seriously. Very team oriented. Benefits are incentivizing.

      Cons

      “Work-Life Balance” is tough, but it is what you make it. I’m looking to learn and advance my career as much as possible so that comes with long hours.
