      Innovative company with strong leadership. R&P is very supportive of their talent. One of the best companies I have worked for in my entire career.

      Right now our biggest challenge is how fast we are growing. It is a good problem to have.

      Good people, fast environment. You get real ownership over your work — if you make a case for something and back it up, it tends to happen. The culture is collaborative without being slow. People take the work seriously without a lot of internal politics getting in the way.

      Cons

      The pace is real, and it's on you to manage it. Things move fast, and priorities shift — if you need a lot of structure to stay on track, it takes some adjustment. Growth and recognition can feel uneven depending on where you sit in the org.
