      they pay salary on time.

      Maharb Udd is the most stupid CEO in the world. He thinks he know everything, but actually he know less than nothing. Mahtab Uddin is basically Awami League style politician: he is bully to everyone, and if you don't listen too him, he will blackmail you or try to discharge you with made up falsity. Everyone thinks he is corrupt anyway, all he is interested in is being with politicians (who he always sponsors in dodgy deals) and media interviews. Worst narcissist in Bangladesh.

      Pros

      High brand recognition Benefits Salary For most people it's kind off a dream job for starting career. Still within congestion smart people can find opportunities to switch to more prestigious units. Cost of living adjustment is provided which is automatic salary increase at the starting of new year.

      Cons

      There are few divisional barriers. Sanitary condition is not up to the expectation. Sometimes qualified people don't get opportunity to switch to other unit which are more prestigious. For exceptional talented people who are interested to utilize their intelligence, it is not very suitable. For average employees promotion may sometimes take 2-4 years.
