      Two driver reviews is all???

      As a driver, I could care less what an anonymous employee or recruiter or account mngr. had to say. Why are all the reviews with the exception of two, anything but drivers? We don't want to see what management thinks about its own, we want to see what DRIVERS say!

      No direction, failed leadership, ever expanding upper management, they invest in the wrong tools and think they are the superior LTL carrier they expect you to own up and take the hit on everything, but upper management will never accept responsibility for their mistakes.

      Pros

      No weekends ( usually ). The people in the terminals are nice and so most company drivers.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't know how to achieve their goals - the old "ready, fire, aim", they change their mind everyday, treat accounts like a revolving door, expect salary employees to work 16 hours a day and refuse to budge on their ideas, refuse to debate or listen if it is shown to be a failure then blame you when it doesn't work. It was a wonderful company as years ago, but has tried to become like other trucking companies- but they failed to realize that is what made them so productive and profitable. They didn't act like other trucking companies.

      Thank you for sharing your opinions on the company. We do have an open door policy so I would recommend sharing your suggestions with your director and with the HR department. We are a growing company so not all processes are set in place yet and we are looking to continously improve to remain competitive in the LTL and TL environment.

      There are so many hidden costs there were times I ran my tail off and had a negative check.This should never happen.Ive went to terminals and sat for 1or 2 or even more days waiting for a load that was supposed to be ready when I got there.They will flat out lie to you I think just to get you off their back.They care nothing about the men and women driving for them.If you consider this company your a fool plain and simple.Stay away I mean FAR AWAY.I had to give them 1 star overall rating when they deserve NONE
