Pros
-Relaxed work schedules -Open dress-code -Flexibility that comes with smaller companies -Employee referral program
Cons
-Lack of leadership -No clear direction/vision on where company is going (company is divided between contract work and product development for pre-market software they are developing) -Benefits are not competitive -Lack of health benefit options to choose from -No employee perks that come with larger companies such as fitness facilities, tuition assistance, adoption assistance, continuing education, childcare, etc. -False promises from management -VERY high turnover rate -Poor technology options (i.e. older laptops, desk phones are old analog stations, most people not even on Microsoft Office and use LibreOffice, most people on OpenSource email system separate from the handful of users at main office on Microsoft Exchange, older servers, no redundancy in main systems, constant network/system outages, lack of urgency from their "helpdesk", "choose least option" mentality, etc)
