Pros
RiverBank has been such a wonderful employment experience. The senior leadership team is engaged and transparent. RiverBank is huge on work-life balance, and I could not be more grateful for that. Great team, and awesome office.
Cons
Overall, RiverBank is moving in a great direction. Because it is a smaller institution, some projects can get started and put on the back burner due to more immediate needs. No biggie, but some projects that required time & effort can get lost in the mix!
