1. Lack of any understanding how modern science and technology works. 2. Archaic management principles, making the employee feels like he/she/it is working in some 1960s company. 3. The management is always building castles in the air, with no knowledge of modern day R&D. 4. You will end up breaking things up and try to do reverse engineering with no project management. 5. No certainty about salary date and amount. Sometimes late for a month, sometimes in installment.
