Pros

The company is bigger than most companies out there, and has a lot of events and outings in the company., even has a basketball team tournament for employees.

Cons

They will let you sign a contract to render 2 months of work before leaving, but the standard is 30 days and the job will not be for long term, they will just terminate you instantly if the client is done with the job order. so be aware before signing the contract, it will be like a trap. they will not say it upfront. The time shift is graveyard shift or way past midnight due to clients are not local clients. Due to the volume of employees the company will start you at very low salary even if you are a senior in your field. Salary increase will be minimal or non-existent, so if you want to accept a job here, force the HR to give the salary you want do accept low balled salary offer from them. They don't care about personal space in the office, you will work like you are in a concentration camp. No wall divider for your work station, sound from a call center agent at the back or beside you will be heard while you are working, it seems cool at first but will become very annoying once you are concentrating on your task. When make a noise, call center agents will gesture a stop talking. they feel they are the only ones who can talk. If I were to change the course of history I would have avoided this company.

Pros

Workmates are great and fun to work with. Team Leads are exceptionally great at guiding. Early years had a fun and relaxed vibe making a work/life balance possible. Tenured employees are willing to teach you and hone your skills.

Cons

• Very low salary for the amount of work. • Overtime pay is usually capped at 2 hours only. • Upper management tends to micromanage. • Upper management also downplays and shrugs off employee concerns about workload. • Little-to-no growth. Growth is also slow due to favoritism. • Too much politics. • Non-designer/creative executives sometimes interfere with creative work. • Too many empty promises. • The fun and carefree culture 4 years ago is now gone due to new management • Work-life balance is non existent for some of my colleagues as they are overworked and sometimes forced to report after work hours • Inconsistent and unfair rules throughout different teams • Unclear chain of command • "No" is rarely accepted even if there's too much back log of work • IT assistance is very slow. It impedes the workflow

Good at first, but NOT for long-term

Pros

Established BPO company with good offering at first. On-time payout. Responsive HR. Great colleagues.

Cons

Slow to no career growth. No trainings, no performance appraisals, no promotions - nada. NO Salary increase after years. No semi-annual or annual appraisals so DO NOT expect a salary increase. (Who cares about inflation? They don't.) HR cannot find an answer on the slow salary increase, so don't bother asking them. Ask your manager and will answer you vaguely and always 'waiting' from the client inputs even though receipts are crystal clear on how you're doing. NO performance bonuses as promised. No other benefits aside from the gov't mandatories and HMO with no free dependent. Generic manager jumping from different accounts that doesn't even know the technicalities of your field. Always 'busy' communicating with clients but no updates to subordinates. 60-day notice if you want to leave work. Most companies only have 30 days or even a 2-week notice would suffice. Additionally, 2 years lock-in with the reason of their investment in you with trainings, knowledge, etc. but you WON'T receive any.
