Cons

The department I worked in had a toxic culture marked by favoritism, poor communication, and lack of accountability. Management failed to intervene or set healthy standards, allowing dysfunction to grow unchecked. Career growth was limited due to arbitrary decisions and lack of support. The toxic environment overshadowed any positives and made collaboration difficult.

Daily racist comments and jokes. There is no diversity. You get a title but that's it. Good luck working on what your title specifies. Good luck getting the tools and access you need to get your job done.
