Benefits good. Employees nice to work with.

Cons

Administration doesn't care much for those who have been there 20+ years, permanently lay you off and give you a severance package that lasts 2-3 MONTHS! You never know when Ridgeview is going to get rid of you! Ridgeview ruined my life.

Pros

The people who I worked with who felt the same way about a company with poor leadership and poor employee treatment. Employees don't matter at Ridgeview.

Cons

Across the system poor leadership who have no idea how to run a business to be competitive in the healthcare world today. A company who does not value employees or how hard they work. Everytime an idea was brought forward on how to compete with competitors employees were/ are put down. Ridgeview is 10 to 15 years behind their competitors in healthcare technology and competitive pay for employees.

Pros

Good reputation within the communities we serve. Smaller hospital so you get to do a variety of things.

Cons

Pays not great and the benefits are a joke. Management is very slow to deal with, or doesn't address at all, hostile employees with multiple complaints from several departments. You only get a raise after you've worked a full 2080 hours. It took me, working 40 hours bi-weekly, 2 years to get a raise.
