The COO of the company bases decisions on her own insecurities and demonstrates knee jerk reactions to ebbs and flows of the business, rather than showing a well thought out response for changes in the business. Behaves as if they have your back and share your passion and vision, yet are as fake as the day is long. RUN AWAY.....it seems to good to be true for a reason........it is NOT true. There is a click of 3 that have run off so many good people because they believed the lies and deception from the top.....it has been sad to see happening the past several months.....this company is on a downward spiral and will not recover with the current leadership..........at the top.
