      Pros

      The people I work with are very professional, pleasant and have the I can do it spirit. Time off is generous.

      Cons

      The long hours, however it is preferable to not having a place to go to work each day.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial spirit of management, great respect for employees, and flexibility in schedule. Ridgefield One is a dynamic place to work. We work on a variety of both technical and creative projects which makes the job stimulating and always interesting.

      Cons

      There are often many interruptions because we all work in close quarters.
