Pros

Absolutely zero pros about this place.

Cons

Riddle is a man-child who throws temper tantrums that would put even Veruca Salt to shame. If you're a woman, you will likely be sexually harassed and Riddle will side with the men. They pay "based on experience" which conveniently means that male case managers are paid way more than any female. The turnover is so high that you will inherit cases that have already have multiple CMs, meaning you will spend day in and day out being yelled at by clients for things not being handled. They also expect you to handle the front door because they are too cheap to pay to have someone up front (or they can't keep anyone for long since they pay nothing and treat their admin like dirt). I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole.

Pros

- Good attorneys in Raleigh office, and there are some good people here.

Cons

- Low pay, no raises in nearly 2 years for any of my coworkers. - Only 2 weeks sick time/vacation - Inefficient practices - feels like the Firm is there to make the job harder than it needs to be. - poor (& usually nonexistent) communication from management. If you hear from management you can expect it to be negative. - Sexual harassment complaints were made more than once in the year and a half I was there. I saw this first hand. - Turnover, turnover, turnover - cases are shuffled around and reassigned constantly, leading to angry clients and poor customer service.

Pros

absolutely nothing about this place is a pro.

Cons

Riddle & Brantley prays on young women and works them to the bone. Sexual harassment runs rampant in this firm, they will promise you a certain pay rate and then take it back, the case load is far more than anyone can possibly manage, and the turn around rate for employees is just a few months. Literally look anywhere else for a job, you’ll be much better off (even if you’re desperate).
