      Pros

      If you like an environment where everyone is dead inside, this is the place for you. ZERO WORK-LIFE BALANCE, No overtime pay.

      Cons

      I worked at Rialtes for a few months and can honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences of my career. The management was incredibly unfair and played favorites with certain employees while ignoring or even mistreating others. There was absolutely no discipline or accountability, which led to a toxic workplace culture of politics and gossip. On top of all that, the salary was abysmally low compared to industry standards, and there was no clear structure or vision for the company's future. It felt like we were just spinning our wheels and going nowhere. I would strongly caution anyone considering working at Rialtes to think twice and carefully evaluate whether it's worth it to subject themselves to such a frustrating and demoralizing work environment.
