Good pay for the area.

Cons

Easy to get cut by the metal. Very hot in the summer, people pass out. 15 minute breaks. 8 minutes when counting walk time.

- Flexible schedule - Good work life balance - Pay is average - Benefits are ok, health plans could be better if I'm honest

Cons

- The company likes to keep you locked into the same position for years, which does nothing to challenge you for further growth. - Unannounced promotions without giving others the opportunity to interview for the same position - Very male dominated environment - Bonuses are below average - Performance Review and Merit Increase are not given at timely intervals - Management shares sensitive information with subordinates
