      Poor management, almost self-promoted managers, no experience, no leading skills, poor soft skills. Management promotions happened very fast just by being friends with each other and playing nice. Slow to take decisions.

      Bonus paid every year. Healthcare sector. Rich investor backing. Friendly development team members.

      Cons

      US focused. Completely profit driven, care for employees is only in words and not actions. Stressed out and burned out development team with continuous taunt of not delivering releases on time in comparison with highly talkative and self praising development team in US. SLT too focused on US based employees, fails completely to understand employees in other parts of the world. SLT could show some actions instead of words if they really care employees outside of US.

      Great place to work as an engineer

      - Friendly and supportive engineering team. Feels like one big team rather than multiple smaller teams. - Managers prioritise the well being of employees. - Personal growth is encouraged and supported by managers. I started as a grad and grew to become a senior. - I was able to move into different teams to upskill in areas I expressed interest in. - Great benefits - health insurance, unlimited leave, budget for training / certs, WFH, etc. - Very flexible working conditions, no micro-management. Leaves the impression that management trusts employees. - Modern office in central location with ample parking, coffee, etc
