      1. Learning Curve is steep and forceful 2. Pay is satisfactory

      1. Overtime without pay 2. Manager insults you if you don't do overtime under extremely short deadlines 3. Poisonus work culture. 4. You will be constantly looked down upon. 5. No long term employee retention policy. 6. No leave or holiday policy.( you need to even work on holidays) 7. Project not streamlined. 8. Extreme micromanagement
