Pros
You will get total freedom to choose your tool & method to do the work. Decision-makers understand the tech, so they won't tell you to do the impossible. You will be given enough chance to contribute to the project with strategy and idea. Good work-fun balance during work hour. If you love to play Counter Strike, You will enjoy here. Even the top executives will play with you.
Cons
Company lacks proper management. As it is very small startup, We didn't have any (actual) managers. And that can/will hurt the productivity. Salary structure is undefined, thus broken. I suggest you prepare yourself for that before joining here. Their main (overseas) client is tedious to work with. No presence of innovation. Sudden storm of workload is frequent.
