      Good to exercise skills if you have them or learn on the job

      Cons

      Terrible interview process, terrible onboarding and terrible management. Terrible pay. A nightmare company. Does not communicate or reply to any emails. They will leave you stranded. Stay away.

      Very dynamic business. Individual cooperation between group members from different countries is OK.

      They do not care at all about individuals în subsidiares. No respect. Very focused just on general resut.
