Pros

Entertainment to see what kind of crash will come ahead

Cons

Please don't join this company, I made a huge mistake. The CEO, John, is crazy. He left Clickbooth to start another miserable company with fake reviews on glassdoor. If you look at the past history IntegraClick and Clickbooth (which was founded by John) have law suits. Don't get involved, I'm getting out as soon as I can!

Pros

Free snacks, casual dress code, bring pets to work.

Cons

Terrible management, lots of favoritism. “Managers” are 25 year old kids who don’t have a clue of what the heck they are doing I guess that would explain why they keep firing them. We lost a bunch of good customers do to poor execution by the reps. Particularly the Sr. Reps who are young lazy kids who got lucky and happened to be at Revcontent when the company just started so they inherited all of their accounts. If you are not part of the “cool club” you will be let go. Sr. Reps simply sit on inherited big accounts and “manage” them, no farming new opportunities organically while the newer reps are held to the same monthly quota

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Fun, relaxed work environment. A few really great people there. It's literally like 5 people. I would love to name them and let them be recognized for being great people but I'll respect their privacy. The only thing I will say is my direct co-worker was fantastic and I learned a lot from him.

Cons

Was hired full time for a tech position, they were expanding. I thought that was great and that I had a bright future with the company. On-boarded the new people then...boom. I was let go with no notice. Lots of favoritism here. If you're not in the club, you're a ghost and will inevitably be shown the door. If you love high school and all of the cliques, then you'll love this place. If you like feeling insecure about yourself, then you'll love it here. The team building events they do seem like it'll be a good chance for people to get to know you. They don't care. They already have their club.
