      Pros

      Lots and I mean too much work! Work you are excpected to do with constant daily nagging and micromanaging...makes for a very stressful work environment. But hey, you'll get a ton of experience (which you can find at any other small biotech company). Benefits are average for biotech company.

      Cons

      Management makes this job a nightmare. Imagine having a heavy workload and your supervisor making you feel like crap more than once a day because of the work load you have...doesn't make sense right?!

      Pros

      Nothing. The CEO has no morality or ethics. He doesn't know ABC of management. The pay is poor; benefits non-existent; treatment of employees abysmal; How can the company go forward? Stay away from this company for your own good.

      Cons

      The company runs on NIH grants. The preliminary data to support the grant application is highly questionable and the assays are not reproducible. I do not know how he submits grant reports to NIH when the rate of employee turn over is very high.

      Pros

      Learning from my mistake of taking a job at this company.

      Cons

      As a former employee of about 3 months (average length of employment here), I completely agree with all of the negative reviews of this Company. CEO micromanages, disrespects, and does not know how to lead. After getting to know him and his shady business practices, I can without a doubt say that most, if not all, of the positive reviews on this website for this company are written by the CEO or an employee who he instructed to write a review... I LOL'ed when I read them knowing it was him...
