- Fun culture - The company is growing and there is room to be a part of that growth (you have to speak up and ask for it though) - A decent salary for the industry - Opportunities to grow and experience other things (once again if you ask for it)
Cons
- Culture can feel cliquey (especially if you're not the most talkative person) - Communication could be better - Very few benefits - Client placements can be hit or miss - Not the most inclusive culture although it does seem to slowly be getting better
