Pros

Worst company from hell always sacks recruiters after 6 months. They claim to be the worlds largest staffing firm but trust me it doesnt deserve any good review bad dictatorial behaviour of management and good employees are resigning for this reason. Every talented recruiter is resigning due to the bad attitude. I personally recommend never the join this firm as there will no be growth working here.

Please change the changement as the org is not good fit for work eperienced US Staffing recruiters as they follo hire fire policy.

Pros

If you need immigration, this is the place to help you. They may be able to help. If not, here is the truth: no trust in their employees, very low pay, take any chance to take money from you, barely any benefits, no pto, no work life balance, top management is managing the employees like children in school, no trust, no engagement, no training and dev. Nothing. They force people work on Labor Day and holidays, no pay and can’t even take off? micromanagement/yelling/screaming is their management style….. abusing employee is their style, and they don’t get better I guess?
