Pros

Good place for recent grads to get some experience in the market and then move on to a better company.

Cons

Lot's of turnover and more managers than people actually doing the work. Very little growth but that doesn't stop management from dangling that carrot.

Don't make plans

Pros

Opportunity for growth and promotion, decent salary and benefits. Very relaxed environment.

Cons

Managers have no problem with doing whatever had to be done to put themselves in a better position to move up. Managers have very little accountability to upper leadership. Growth plans are a major selling point, but then change on a monthly basis. Goals are often arbitrary and have no basis in reality.
