There wasnt any as it was shocking

Cons

I would advise everyone to avoid this organisation. It’s run very poorly and has a high staff turn over. Everything changes from one day to the next due to poor leadership.

Too many to describe they really don't care but I guess that's how they treat agents helping them make money
