Very outdated charming system. Old broken equipment. Not a Magnet. No nurse to patient ratio guidelines. Management seems oblivious to the day to day needs of the facility. Doctors don't act like part of the team. Unfortunately, wealthy caucasian patients get the best medical care, and are treated with exception by the administrators.

Management is very vindictive and retaliatory. Don’t expect help from management on the floor when you’re short staffed - which is all the time. Pay is low compared to other hospitals. I can’t remember the last time any member of management told myself or my coworkers a compliment or said we were doing a good job. It’s always negative and threats of write ups on what we are doing wrong.
