There are no pros for working here.

Cons

They refuse to honor their contracts with employees. They do not pay for gasoline or the cell phone they require you to have.

Pros

Rescuecom provides an excellent work environment that is focused on results. Employees are rewarded for hard work and dedication to our customers’ needs. It’s a pleasure to work for a company that employs the most qualified technicians in the industry, and always delivers what is promised in a timely manner.

Cons

This is not really a con; but you should expect to give 100% effort if offered a position here. Excellence is expected of all Rescuecom employees. Anything less than total dedication to providing fast and flawless service is not tolerated.

Pros

*Provided the opportunity to grow- both technically and professionally *If you do your job well, you are all but guaranteed the ability to get more responsibility and opportunity *Management ultra focused on business and genuinely cares about the success *Continually searching for ways to improve all areas of the business. *You are not just a number- if you do good work you can make a very real impact and be rewarded for it

Cons

*Not necessarily a con- however management focused on continual improvements for the company and this results in frequent change which can frustrate some employees who feel like there's always something new to learn and do. *with frequent change and a very entrepreneurial setting come long hours and hard work- Again, not a con necessarily but something to be aware of.
