Pros
Constant collaboration with all of my creative and passionate colleagues, opportunities to grow (my direct teammates have received multiple promotions over the last handful of years I've been on board), and the autonomy gifted! The team is extremely resourceful and everyone can be self-led when needed! I also love our client base - we work with so many incredible people in the community.
Cons
Only a con if you're not a driven and self-motivated teammate: when working for a small local business, there will always be more of an expectation for you to carry your weight and contribute as a strong teammate. If you don't carry these motivators and take pride in your work, it can be hard to thrive as you won't be coddled on the Repro team. You'd be better suited at a more structured, ridged, and micromanaged job with a corporation or chain of sorts.
