Pros

1) After receiving the meditation (forcefully) guidance, you can quit your job and open a meditation academy. 2) If you are a non-performer and feet licking person, the best place you can ever find.

Cons

1) Incentive is just like a super cute full moon, you can see it, but never touch it. 2) Founders are very supportive but they are devotees and letting undeserving people to take the control of upper management. 3) If you are a performance freak person, be prepare with your dance performance. Here, in Repos if you work well, you are not culturally fit but if you dance well.... omg! You are the HERO. 4) If you can entertain your team leader, promotion is yours. If you are generating revenue for the company, no one cares. 5) Very pure level of biased and partial culture which will demotivate you and bring a lot of toxicity. 6) Office politics is on the top, if you complaint against it, Man! You are not a perfit fit. You have to be a politically correct toxic person. 7) "Work culture" is not like that what you can see on social media. You can see people are dancing, now feel it- people are dancing for money, otherwise they won't be culturally fit. 8) Reimbursement- a big issue for sales. 9) Well, Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays will be working, I mean office purpose. Other Saturdays and Sundays will be very important meetings where nothing important will be discussed, founders will share their same struggle story to motivate you. I mean I have heard the story for 1691 times in last 14 months. 10) So, week off is a myth. You have to dedicate your time on a very important work which is entertaining the founders. As a return they will give you an amazing treat, vada pav and cold drinks. 11) No value for efforts, hard work , performance, knowledge. 12) A tata-backed company, having zero ethics. The truth is Ratan Tata is the one who gave them five minutes to the founders once. This company is not at all tata-backed. Tata won't ever fund an unethical organisation. Take an example: If I ever click a photo with Priyanka Chopra, it doesn't mean she is my best friend. 13) There is no HR policy. No growth plan for employees. If you can lick, you will go ahead. If you work well, god knows what will happen to you. 14) Unnecessary work pressure, they will call you sales-associate, but will make you a telecaller. No scope of learning. 15) Not only sales, Greedy and Unknowledgeable people are on the top of every important department, specifically HR.

Pros

Nothing, Nothing,Nothing,Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing

Cons

Best thing about the company is you will come to know is where you don't have to work... No personal life, only the thing is you have to entertain other, you have to learn first how to butter your bose first, to survive. No learning , no proper policies, and many more things. Office is fully filled by backbeaching people.

Pros

Work environment is great: office is designed attractively, people are nice Location is good with shops nearby and less traffic noise Idea and goals of company are very good

Cons

Morning huddles everyday for 30 minutes are pointless Plans and goals of company are very large but implementation is lacking Absence of proper management team- not always possible to directly go to founders Saturdays working- six days a week from 9 to 6 is tiring and does not help work life balance Still in early stages company has lot to learn before implementing big dreams

Thank you very much for such a structured feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We are grateful that you liked the working environment, office space and people here. We are happy that you liked the idea and the plans of the company too. As far as the cons mentioned by you are concerned, we have the following to say, 1. Morning Huddles: We have morning huddles at Repos so that the entire team can come together and develop a relationship that goes beyond work. We encourage our team to come together build a strong relationships based on mutual understanding and respect. as for the duration of the huddles, we have cut down the duration of the huddles sometime back and now morning huddles are more crispier and useful. 2. Plans of the company and implementation: Yes, the company harbouring a very grand vision and is consistently trying to take the important strides. We accept that at times implementation of plans has not been good but we are building better resources and processes to take care of such things in future. 3. Management team: As we are a fairly young start up still, we are not fully equipped with all the necessary resources as of now including the team size. We are constantly working towards building assets for the company in the current phase, we have recruited some experienced people since the times you mentioned in the feedback. We believe that we have come a long way from the times you experienced this at the Repos office. 4. Saturday working: We believe that the phase that Repos is in right now warrants a lot of hardworking and dedication and hence it is 6 days week at Repos right now. Looking at the sheer size of the problem that we endeavour to address, we believe that we still need to toil hard to create something useful for the industry and the society at large. We are all for a good work-life balance of our employees and encourage our employees to take care of their personal responsibilities, likings and hobbies. In the times to come, Repos, as a company shall definitely try and make it a 5 working days a week. Repos employees are still able to take care of their post work responsibilities even in between the weekend we are constantly trying to improve the employee experience at Repos. 5. Startup/ Corporate Culture: We at Repos have never really tried to propound startup or corporate culture. We have been always of the opinion that we need to provide our employees with such an environment that enables them to perform at their best while enjoying their work. We shall continue to provide such an environment in the future too. We believe that, we were able to give a valid response to the concerns and feedback shared by you. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and we shall work on improving ourselves with new vigour now.
