Pros

Pros are just that you’ll be thrown to the wolves without any senior to help you, the CEO will take actions according to her whims & fancies while the seniors snore, work ethic is that weekends are working & weekdays are 10AM-12AM!

Cons

Cons are that the management does what seems fair to them- shifting brands here & there like confetti, berating employees for not coming when they’re sick- but themselves disappearing like a whoosh of air when the work comes crashing- behaving unreasonable and personal with employees - taking offence, being unprofessional & lastly- failing to pay up! Utterly horrific & disgusting experience of my life!! Scared to find a job now!

Pros

Great access to the metro The panwadi nearby is amazing

Cons

It's hard to put into words all the cons of this "flat" establishment. For instance, the bathroom that is only accessible to the management (3 people), the special cutlery & mats and the exploitative use of office staff by Champaign socialists. Ayesha Chenoy former invest banker is the epitome of pseudo intellecualtism in this country. Claims to work harder than everyone but takes 15 "annual" holidays every year and doesn't pay anyone's salary. Not to mention the excessive attention given to the entitled team that likes to call itself the content team. Pseudo feminism is at an all time high with no regard to women safety. No after work precautions or car service available for women or regard to what time they book flight times. The management is oblivious to what happens in the office post 4:30pm (which is when they leave). Let's address the work now. If you're looking for something absolutely mind numbing and something that requires mechanical instincts Repindia is the place to be. There is absolutely no growth, you end up doing the same thing day after day, no matter how many times you're told you're growing - you never are. The one thing they'll hold over your head is the pay. They believe the extra couple 1000's entitle them to work you to the bone. They expect you to be available 24/7 - which is told to the client, no matter how many times you protest. There is absolutely no time off - even when you're on holiday. How do they treat the clients you ask? Like gods greatest gift! How do they treat their employees? Like Lucifer's feaces (because glassdoor didn't let me use more explicit language) All in all I'd like to day Repindia should change tagline to: We over promise to ubderdeliver!
