      Pros

      Amazing place to work. Management encouraged creativity while maintaining realistic deadlines. I had access to modern design tools and was able to expand my skills in responsive design, UX principles, and client communication.

      Cons

      Project priorities occasionally shifted with short notice, making it challenging to balance multiple deadlines. Some internal processes could have been more streamlined, particularly during the revision and approval stages.

      Pros

      Great team and management that care about you, not just as an employee, but as a human being. The company culture is fantastic, with team building events, that bring everyone together a couple times a year. The work is rewarding and there's never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Working with clients is a mixed bag - you have great clients, but also challenging ones. You need to maintain professional composure and manage stress well. While we do have benefits, it would be nice if our benefits could cover a bit more, especially with regards to mental health and wellness.
