      Pros

      I loved working for this company for the past 34 years.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, due to poor leadership from our parent company, Redfin, the company was forced to shut down. As a result, almost 600 people who poured their heart and soul into Rent., lost their jobs.

      Pros

      the heart of "Rent" is strong. This company was close to 40 years in age and it reinvented it's image, built confidence after some brutal challenges and ALWAYS stayed focus on the customer.

      Cons

      the competition had a massive head start (zillow/apt.com) and trying to fight them on 'volume of leads' was tough. the ownership at Redfin did very little to help drive visibility of Rent digitally .
