      Pros

      Working in an office, getting to apply engineering principles learned in school, learn on your own. Pay for intern work was decent.

      Cons

      Pay for full time is horrible, ceo is very shady, no one listens to safety concerns or performance issues with products.

      -Very laid back environment -Friendly co-workers -Small company -Good at working around school schedules for part-timers -OK stepping stone

      Cons

      -Pay is sub-par -No benefits outside of PTO -Promotions given out at near random without any reference to actual skill set -Management is far beyond incompetent either due to the last point or those with good ideas working for change are stifled and become complacent or leave/are eventually pushed out -Lack of innovation or desire to pursue it -Lack of legitimate business infrastructure -Poor product line with no desire to improve on
