Their processes are so archaic! the office speaks Chinese in front of those who can't understand crap. The company requires approvals ALL THE WAY FROM CHINA before you're allowed to move forward with ANYTHING (this includes a new pen for your notepad, etc. Do you get the idea?). OFFICE EMPLOYEES BEWARE! They LOVE to lure you in and lock you down for office positions with false promises. In my experience, an employee was told his position would be a "temp" and once his 90 day probation was complete, he would be converted to a full time employee with higher wages. (a year later) they KNOCKED his wages DOWN! HR told him the reason being was because HQ in China would be paying for his benefits- and that would cost the company extra money (Double you, tee, eff?!) THE SAME HAPPENED TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. *another employee waited 3 Years for a laughable raise* Meanwhile they were able to convert temps that started after him (of course Chinese employees) after a short month. Also, they like to drug test employees who AREN'T Chinese. Its a disgusting company. Don't get me started with the president. The "Super, Super Downgraded" review has 32 people who found it helpful FOR A REASON. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Walmart will treat you a lot better.

people in management without professional knowledge trying to initiate plans that they can't do. Having professional in the field but trying to do things on their own with absolutely no sense of what they are creating. Some people with overconfidence creating disaster decisions and blame it on others.
