This was a great place to work in an up-and coming market. Now the market is diluted and the last CEO has no experience being an executive officer. He tries to run engineering projects, he fires employees without any notice and he's basically turning the company into a resellers for other peoples products. 5 years ago I would have highly recommended this company. Now you're better off getting a more stable place tow work with management who knows what their roles should be.
