Pros

* The workplace is inclusive and kindness is a key focus for everyone company wide. * You are part of a great community of like-minded intelligent individuals all working towards an amazing mission. * You see your work make an impact within the company on a daily basis. * Everything is documented which means that the culture of the company is very open. You can always find an answer and this means communication throughout all levels of the company is smooth and easy. * Even though you work remotely the company is very social - there are group events and catchups daily/weekly that you are welcome to attend.

Cons

Nothing, I have no cons.

Pros

Working at Remote gives you genuine scope. I'm an individual contributor and the range of what I get to work on is the kind of work you'd spend years trying to get access to elsewhere. No day is the same, as there's always some challenge worth solving. The colleagues I work with are sharp, collaborative, and care about doing things well. The fully remote setup is real and it works. But to me, the biggest pro is the fact that you get to own (not just surface problems/issues) and build ways to solve them.

Cons

The company is at an inflection point, and there have been structural and cultural challenges that the reviews on this page reflect honestly. Those are real. But I've also seen genuine willingness from leadership to hear hard feedback and act on it, which hasn't always been the case.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear that you’ve found genuine scope in your role, meaningful ownership, and a fully remote setup that works in practice — and that you’re surrounded by sharp, collaborative colleagues. We also appreciate your candor about the inflection point the company is navigating and the structural and cultural challenges that can come with it. Feedback like this matters, and we’re committed to continuing to listen closely, act on what we hear, and close the gap between the culture we aspire to and the day-to-day experience of people at Remote. Thank you again for your perspective and for the care you’ve clearly put into helping Remote keep improving.

Pros

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

Cons

If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you
