      salary on time 2nd and 4th saturdays are leave

      Cons

      you have to generate revenue of 5x og ur salary.including brokerage and third party. not only here every broking equity dealer ,commodity dealer and relationship manager roles are pure inside sales job and hectic. never join any broking firm on these roles.
