Pros

They pay for garage parking

Cons

Immature environment. Drinking alcohol in the office every Friday. Not a very professional environment. It’s a boys club mentality and if you are not part of the “IN-CROWD”. It will be miserable daily.plus a first time Manager trying to lead.

Pros

You will learn loads about Trucking Insurance and Logistics if you ask the right people.

Cons

There are some shady dealings in this organization.Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews, if you are thinking of applying, the chances of you getting chewed up and spit out are high. It seems like a lot of "success" comes from misleading clients into thinking that "experts" have their back. Most of the newly hired know/will know diddly squat about trucking and are later not really encouraged to take a consultative role with "their book or business" over selling one more policies(it never ends). You will rarely ever have time to enjoy the money you make, you are ALWAYS on call. To add insult to injury If you are fired or quit, the company keeps "your clients". You are worth jack to this company, you are a warm body that serves the end of meeting their growth needs. Once they sell the business, or close the doors you won't even be an after thought. To this company closing the deal is worth more to them than retaining the client, in order to beef up their valuation. In this industry, the most cut throat and nasrcastic people will rise to the top. I could never truly imagine myself rubbing shoulders with those good ol boys sales managers. They don't understand tech, they certainly don't understand diversity, and they most certainly don't operate with integrity. They just have access to lots of markets, and its a race to the bottom from there. Other than a few talented individuals, the organization doesn't really offer anything notable in service of their clients In conclusion, If you are white, between 20-40, from a middle-upper middle class background, really into sports, golf and a man. Go get em sport, you'll fit right in. If you are not these things, you are going to struggle to relate and move up in this industry, especially at this company.

Pros

I was able to learn many new skills and was given lots of resume-building opportunities here. There are definitely a few awesome people that work there

Cons

If you enjoy the "boys club" mentality and want to work in basically a frat house, this is the place for you! Also, if you are a pretty girl, management will treat you very well. If not, you have to make the company tons of money or else you will be treated as a nobody. It's a big popularity contest, feels like highschool. Then they love to pretend that it is a "family". There were so many things that happened there when I was employed that raised serious questions (done by team members AND management) but yet nothing was ever done. Also, there is LOTS of pressure from upper management about performance. Lots of turnover. Pay is not competitive and raises are small (atleast from personal experience and what I heard from others)
