Features inevitably break, and then leadership hunt down the engineer who built it. The founders are always chasing the next viral hit instead of actually building a solid product and then wonder why customers don't come back. Processes and long-term planning are merely afterthoughts. One of the founders never worked a corporate job, and it shows.

I didn't bother writing a review before, but I got inspired by the recent 1-start review in January, I could have written that one. It's matching my experience 100%. So, I thought that I'd add my 2 cents in the mix. They micromanage. They don't trust you. The requirements can be vague, and they expect you to fill in the gaps. Then they complain that it wasn't good enough or fast enough, and ask you to do it again. You'll end up working really long hours, slowly (or quickly) burning out and losing your will to live. That's why the turnover is so high. Many won't last long at Relevance.ai.
