Pros
Their aim is to mitigate 'crunch' through effective scheduling and for the most part it worked - I never 'had' to work late or over a weekend. The office is in a nice location and filled with friendly faces and the company was always keen to be involved in local activities.
Cons
Wages were not great, and the team building attempts came across as a little false sometimes. But then you only get out of these things what you put in.

-strong and friendly upper managment and leadership. -Nice Atmosphere and Location. -good sallery/benefits. -No Crunch

-Some of the middle managment were bad, controlling through intimidation rather than respect.
